The Website, Products, and App are operated by Polaris Therapy, LLC (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

Conditions of Use. We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this Website, use its services or purchase a Product, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

By using the Website, App, or purchasing Products, you agree not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce such content or materials displayed, distributed or provided in connection with the Website, App or Products for any reason without the prior written permission of Polaris Therapy, LLC. You will not use any of the content or materials to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion for any purpose other than exercising rights expressly granted to you by this Agreement.

Website and Email Communications. The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the Newsletter on our website, you will receive regular emails from us. We will continue to communicate with you by posting Newsletters and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

SMS Communications

1. If you opt-in to our SMS communication program, Reflex Integration Through Play may send you messages related to upcoming events and promotions.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to admin@polaristherapy.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages roughly twice per month. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Applicable Law. By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Polaris Therapy, LLC and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes. Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this Website or to Products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in the United States and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Acceptable Behavior and Code of Conduct. All users of the Website are expected to behave in a professional manner. Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behavior includes (but is not limited to) posting obscene, illegal, defamatory, or threatening content, or content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation. Unacceptable behavior will result in removal from the Website at Polaris Therapy, LLC’s sole discretion and no refunds will be given. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content

Comments, Reviews, and Emails. Visitors to the Website may post content such as comments and reviews, in accordance with our Acceptable Behavior and Code of Conduct above. When you post content, you grant Polaris Therapy, LLC non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

Refunds. We reserve the right to issue or not issue refunds at our sole discretion.

User Account. If you are an owner of an account on this Website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective successors. No assignment of this Agreement, in whole or in part, may be made by Client without the express written consent of Polaris Therapy, LLC. 

Severability and Survival. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. Polaris Therapy, LLC’s rights under this Agreement will survive the termination of this Agreement. 

Enforceability. The provisions of this Agreement shall be enforceable notwithstanding the existence of any claim or cause of action against Polaris Therapy, LLC by Client whether based on this Agreement or otherwise. 

Duty to Read. I accept that I have a duty to read this agreement, and have done so. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am precluded from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies contained herein.

Waiver. The failure of Polaris Therapy, LLC to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of Polaris Therapy, LLC’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
