Hey there ,

It’s me, Kokeb. I’m the pediatric OT, author, mentor, and mother behind Reflex Integration Through Play. It’s our mission to help kids develop into their healthiest selves and I hope you’ll join us on the journey!

Kokeb McDonald, OTR/L is the founder of Reflex Integration Through Play and a pediatric occupational therapist with over 20 years experience, author, mother, and coach.

She is the author of the best-selling Reflex Integration Through Play Book Series, making reflex integration with a functional approach accessible to service providers and parents.

Kokeb holds an MS in Health Care Administration from the California State University – East Bay and a BS in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University.

She also holds certification and continuing education experience in:

Rhythmic Movement Training
Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration
Balanced Body Pilates
Integrated Listening Systems
Handwriting Without Tears.

In the past, she has founded a private occupational therapy practice, served private and school-based clients, including case management, treatment planning and supervision of other service providers.

In school-based settings she has conducted whole-classroom consultation and program development for PreK through High School, consulted and wrote reports for ISP/IEPs, coached staff, and trained for teachers and service providers. She’s also conducted numerous parent training and coaching sessions, including remote online support for parents and staff.
